I'm not sure what being fluent in Dutch even means. I feel comfortable speaking and expressing myself in Dutch. But there are always things that I don't understand. I think there's always more to learn. I think there will always be some Dutch speakers that I don't fully understand. That might be true in English, too! Sometimes I feel like I'm a different person in Dutch than I am in English. I love who I am in both languages!
