We discuss Dawn's research on the zero-calorie additives and emulsifiers legally added to food and their link to gut health and inflammation. We address the difference between processed and ultra-processed food, mislabeling, the obesity pandemic in the US, and the importance of eliminating stigma and health taboos surrounding health disorders.
