EP17: Richard Strange

Richard "Kid" Strange is an English writer, actor, musician, curator, teacher, adventurer and the founder and front man of seminal mid-1970s protopunk art rock band Doctors of Madness. Martyn has been a fan of his since the Doctors first album release, and their paths only recently crossed once more when Richard and he became lecturers at Tileyard Education in London. Richard is a fine and innovative songwriter, and has just released a single remixed by Martyn called ‘Walk Of Shame’. Let’s face it, anyone who has maintained a career in music and showbusiness for over 40 years deserves a huge amount of credit… Ladies and gentlemen – Kid Strange…
