EP178: A Man Called Adam

Today's fascinating Electronically Yours episode features Sally Rodgers and Steve Jones, electronic music artists A Man Called Adam. AMCA are regarded as pivotal in the development of the electronic music genres acid jazz, Balearic house, Chill Out and Nu British House. They have been described as ‘Britain’s unsung pop heroes’. Their main claim to fame were several hit singles in the 90’s, and successful and regular inclusion on the Café Del Mar series of albums. After releasing 3 of their own albums, Sally and Steve moved into the world of more esoteric sound installation work, exhibiting in many famous museums. Sally is an in-demand DJ to this day.
