105. Habitual Patterns: Give your mind a Break.

Inside a new Walk the Talk Show conversation this week with Waylon Lewis: he speaks about why the choices we make around our habitual patterns and what we do with them matter. We wake up and get on our phones. When the day is done, the TV’s on. “Thank you so much. Hope you’re all very well. Try to inject a little more mindfulness into your day…and that’ll help your brain deal with stress, deal with drama, deal with burnout, deal with depression. A lot of times people say you can’t help depression with these things—there’s literally a study that came out recently about how depression is seriously alleviated and sometimes even prevented by going for a walk in nature. So, yes: what we do with our habitual patterns matters.” ~ Waylon Lewis
