Today we are talking about the role of the emergency manager during and after an active shooter. In these time we are seeing more news coverage of shooting events. These events need to be managed and that job is falling on the emergency manager. Todd was invited to speak to the State of New York University at Albany (UAlbany) to discuss his role the response to the 2011 Salon Meritage mass murder in Seal Beach California.
