LinkedIn Rant! The issue with empty content & what people get wrong about personal branding, with Mariano Aragunde from IBM

Let's talk LinkedIn! Crying CEOs, fake personal stories, obvious motivational statements...they're all part of the personal branding trend that's all too often driven by corner-cutting consultants. And many would say it's leading to empty content that doesn't reflect the true meaning of personal branding. This is certainly the opinion of Mariano Aragunde, Digital Leader for Recruitment Marketing at IBM. He used to be a big fan of LinkedIn, and so did the IT community that he's an active member of. But, for them, it's changed, and not for the better.  And I tend to agree. LinkedIn is at its best when it's producing content that's truly adding value to the community. Thanks for listening.
