Kendall Qualls is the President of Take Charge an organization developed to counter the “Critical Race Theory”, and transform the black community. He lived in public housing with his siblings and divorced mother in Harlem, NY, then his father in an Oklahoma trailer park. Neither of his parents graduated from high school.
