All You Can Eat!
This composer loved food as much, or maybe even more, than he loved music. In one letter, he raced through a description of the opening of a new opera, so that he could write about a new salad recipe. His favorite dishes were turkey stuffed with truffles and most anything with foie gras. He even had many different dishes named after him!
