Believe it or not all products sold solve some type of problem although it may not be quite clear what the problem is.  Granted some problems are very small and others are very big.  Nonetheless, understanding what problems your products solve and the solutions it brings to the table allows you to market to your customers better.   Knowing the problems and solutions helps position your products better to customers, convince them YOUR product is best for them, and reassure them they're making the right decision.   In return, you'll make more sales and have happier customers.   In today's episode, I talk about how to identify what problems your products solve and give you my 3 step problem solving process.
