The Power of Purpose, Discipline, and Standards

Three things that have the power to forge you into the man you can be. Purpose. The Apostle Paul was a man sold out to a purpose, first for evil and then for good. Discipline. King David had the discipline not to kill King Saul when he had the chance. Standards. Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego held themselves to a high standard and excelled. The power of purpose is that it gives reason to self-discipline and holding oneself high standards. Purpose gives you a reason hold yourself to a high standard because you have something to loose. Purpose gives you a reason to be disciplined in order to put forth the effort needed to fulfill that purpose.
