Meet Aileen, creator of Baby Led Feeding and Hidden Heroes, author of 2 bestselling cook books, owner of graphic design agency Sweetand a mum of 3.

Like every mum, Aileen cares about what she is feeding her kids. While weaning her 3rd baby Oscar she began taking cute pictures and experimenting with tonnes of delicious recipes perfect for baby led feeding. Her passion grew and grew and she set her sights on developing this into a useful book for all parents. Aileen launched her award winning blog babyledfeeding.com and her social following grew over night as parents devoured her recipes and smart vegetable solutions.
