What I learned in the 1st year of motherhood

No one can prepare you for this momentous 1st year because nobody’s experience will be exactly like yours.

Every birth, baby and mum is unique with her own sets of insane highs and anxious defeats – especially in that incredible 1st year.

And while we always celebrate our child’s 1st birthday, we should also take a moment to recognise that when a child is born a mother is too and her 1st year is full of just as many milestones, growth, tears and smiles as a baby's.

In this episode we’ve gathered 3 women from our incredible team, Emma Parkin, Jennifer Roche and Siomha Guiney to chat what we all learned in our 1st year of motherhood and how important it is to connect on and offline with other mums who just get it and are here to support you.
