176: 176 | Relax To Release Triggers | Evolution Of Self

This is something that I have spoken about before but as I am constantly learning I would like to share with you something I have just learnt. Life does not tend to be a straight road and from my experience and those that I have spoken to things happen and some of those things are unpleasant. If we are not aware we can hold onto these unpleasant things and they can then get triggered again and again often growing with each iteration. This week I will share how to release these triggers so that you can truly move forward from them. And relaxing it the key :)
