What if we could create a model that, based on certain parameters, could determine everyone's salary within an organization, and that every employee was satisfied - how cool would that be? 💸 We are currently developing such a model, as we speak. Of course, there are incredible challenges in creating this model, but we have all in the team confirmed that we should give it a try.
