Veronica and Hannah discuss what led them to found Oak Theory, and how inclusive design principles drive the work that they do. They talk about the challenges of getting buy-in, the importance of capturing diverse voices in user research, and how to deliver designs that is both strategic and impactful. Ultimately they stress the importance of inviting, talking, learning, and caring, because without doing so we cannot create design that matters.
