Scientology celebrity, Danny Masterson, was sentenced to life in prison for the rape of women who reported these crimes to the Church of Scientology while they were all members. Scientology does not believe in reporting such crimes to law enforcement or any agency outside of Scientology. As a result the crimes were covered up.
