A highly successful businesswoman with 25 years of experience in sales and marketing, training, and business development, she has managed large P&Ls, led a team of 64 salespeople in multiple markets, and has won more than 20 awards for exceptional sales performance. A sought-after speaker and women’s leadership strategist, she has spoken on local, national, and global stages. She is the U.S. Ambassador to AVEGA Agahozo in Rwanda and Co-Chair for the Board of Advisors of the Center for Leadership & Service for the University at Albany. Women Igniting Change® supports forward-thinking organizations committed to transforming their women leaders into strategic business partners. They also work with global policymakers and government leaders in the developing world to create strategic, scalable solutions that improve the lives of women and girls in their countries. Through their work in East Africa, Robbin and her team are building Economic Empowerment Centers for women beginning in Rwanda and then scaling them across the continent.
