In a wide ranging discussion they are joined by Jason Fox or 'Foxy', who as many of you know features as an instructor on Channel 4’s SAS: Who Dares Wins.
This week the team also welcome Sean Taylor to the pod.
As a Royal Marine commando, Sean Taylor has leapt from planes, trekked through jungles and fought in Afghanistan. After 22 years in the military Sergeant Taylor retired in 2005.
He came up with an idea to entice adrenaline junkies like himself: Zip World, an adventure playground for grown-ups in North Wales with zip wires to take them downhill at speeds of up to 120 mph.
“It is the closest you can get to skydiving without jumping from a plane.”
