European equity markets are higher in early trading, following a positive close on Monday, while Asian equities advanced broadly, led by China’s tech sector. Foreign portfolio inflows into mainland China securities hit a record $228.1B in February. Net flows, including outbound investments, turned positive for the first time since September. The MSCI China index is up +23% YTD, contrasting with a (3.5%) decline in the S&P 500.
