Today my guest is a pretty Russian young leader Tatiana Sorokina. She is the Solutions Director, Data Science & Artificial Intelligence at Novartis, one of the top pharmaceutical companies in the world. You are in for a treat as we go through the various chapters of her life from becoming a young leader, to dropping a great role and putting herself through the challenges as an entrepreneur. The learnings she had by failing early in her endeavours led her to a path of accelerated growth where she is not afraid to ask uncomfortable questions to address her curiosity and create software products that continue to improve.
