Most recently, he was VP of Product and User Experience at City National Bank. Prior, Joe managed projects and teams at Apple, JPMorgan Chase, Starwood Hotels, and several media companies. He's specialized in customer-centric empathy, synthesizing data sources across organizations into actionable sound bites. Joe's C-level caliber vision has executed multiple enterprise digital transformations. Notably, he invented an API-based video metadata translation logic, which he presented at Brightcove's annual conference. Beyond professional pursuits, Joe loves art gallery receptions, beach volleyball, and 5Ks. He speaks Spanish and lived in Barcelona and Baja California, Mexico. Joe is a native New Yorker transplanted to Los Angeles with his wife, dogs, and daughter.
