She knows all too well how startups can be great at innovating due to the nimble, creative environments AND how the pressure to be profitable, can lower people’s ethical standards.  Today she is the  Co-Founder of Ethics in Entrepreneurship, a non-profit which seeks to help tech companies squash bad behavior before it takes root.
