The press intrusion was relentless, eventually forcing her to flee the UK for a new start in the United States.Jo and Amanda reflect on what it was like to have to deal with fame at such an early age and the long-term effects it has on the psyche - not least having one's physical appearance under constant scrutiny - and how she shields her own daughters from that kind of attention.
