19: Mimi Crawford, Mixed Farm, Tipperary
Mimi owns a 28 acre farm in Tipperary with her husband Owen. They have a micro-dairy and sell raw organic cream, butter and buttermilk, and they also farm beef, chickens, pigs and ducks.
