To embark on the journey of healing, we must ask ourselves - what needs to be healed? Where did it all start? In this episode, I talk about what an inner child is - the deepest parts of ourselves, yet the most pure, which shoulder all of the limitations born out of early experiences that inevitably hold us back from attaining our highest inner truth.
