#261 Weight Fluctuations & what causes them - its more then you think!

The scale is a valuable tool but too many people get emotionally attached to it and when that happens they become almost unreasonable and irrational. Beating themselves up over a number that may or may not be accurate. Instead of taking a step back, a deep breath and looking realistically at "why the scale number fluctuates?". Why does the scale spike up some times, why does it stay at the same number for a while, and why does it not just keep going down when you have been on point with your nutrition and exercise and everything? Well there are many reasons why, many many reasons why. I have listed several on my IG and Facebook business page recently. But lets take a deeper look here!
