#292 Know your (Markers Of) Metabolic Health.

Do you know the markers of metabolic health? Clinically speaking, metabolic health is defined by optimal levels of five markers: waist circumference, blood sugar levels, triglycerides, cholesterol, and blood pressure - where medication is not present. 1 in 3 adults have metabolic syndrome - some researchers would say the number is actually higher - maybe 1 in 2. Regardless, you should know your body and where you fall in the metabolic health scale. And hopefully this podcast episode helps you do that, and even make the changes you need to improve your metabolic health should you need to do so.
