#300 Lets talk "Loose Skin".

For those of use who have lost a lot of weight or plan to lose a lot of weight..."loose skin" can be something thats always hanging around at the back of your mind. Its been my experience that loose skin can be improved to an extent through nutrition, supplements, and good healing protocols. But alas some people do require surgery.
