Its been 3 years since my first podcast episode on GABA was released (still super informative EP 193) WOW! GABA is till something I get asked about regularly, still something I recommend a lot, and its still one of my all time favorite supplements! But it was time we revisited GABA, because more research has surfaced showing GABAs effects on focus, Serotonin and even weight issues!
