#344 Psychotherapy, mindset and hypnosis for weight loss with Dr Lloyd Glauberman

I had an epic conversation with Dr Lloyd Glauberman this week on how psychotherapy and mindset are potentially the most important aspect of a weight loss journey. We also discussed how your tribe becomes your vibe, how your environment influences your behaviors, taking a "pause", hypnosis, and lots more. This was a very open conversation with our individual experiences with weight loss, and opinion thrown in. I think you will very much enjoy this conversation. Dr Lloyd Glauberman is a Manhattan psychotherapist focusing on stress management and behavior change, anxiety and mood disorders. His practice include a form of hypnosis called "Hypno-Peripheral Processing" (HPP), an audio technology that combines stress management with behavioral change. This is also implemented in his new app "Lifestyle Intelligence" (LQ). Be sure to let us know how you like the conversation or if you have questions in the comments, and make sure you check out Dr Glaubermans new app - there is a 2 week free trial and this might be another valuable tool for you to use in your health journey. Find the app in the app store or here; https://lifestyleintelligencelq.com/ As always, please like share and subscribe if you haven't already. And if you feel we deserve a review, we would very much appreciate it. :)
