#345 Under-eating and your thyroid.

In this solo episode I had intention to focus only on undereating but it naturally took a turn into how under eating effects the thyroid. This then helped to highlight the different symptoms people experience when under eating including low energy and hair loss...which are actually signs that your thyroid is struggling.
