#360 Understanding flexible dieting.

This podcast episode is a continuation from the last episode on diet fatigue etc. In this episode we are learning what exactly is "flexible dieting". Some people find this style of eating very doable and others not so much. But this is another tool that we can keep in our toolbox and maybe use at some stage on our health and fat loss journey.
