#360 Understanding flexible dieting.

This podcast episode is a continuation from the last episode on diet fatigue etc. In this episode we are learning what exactly is "flexible dieting". Some people find this style of eating very doable and others not so much. But this is another tool that we can keep in our toolbox and maybe use at some stage on our health and fat loss journey. Let me know if you have tired flexible dieting or if you think you would like to try it? What are the challenges you think you would face if you attempted something like this? *Note; this podcast episode was recorded before Christmas but very relevant at all times of the year. As always, please like share and subscribe , if you haven't already. I really do appreciate you and your support. :)
