003. Finding Your Path with Keith Howells

Keith strongly believes that everyone has the capacity to change our world for the better and we each have a duty to pay it forward to support future generations.  He has a lifelong passion for learning and continuous improvement and is motivated by helping people to realise their potential as leaders in society.A Chartered Mechanical Engineer by background, Keith has acquired over 20 years of operational leadership experience in the Aerospace, Defence, Energy and Marine sectors.  In that time his curiosity about the world has driven him to test himself in a variety of different contexts and to learn quickly from his mistakes.  One of his many roles in that period was as a Chief Design Engineer for three different Rolls-Royce Trent aero engines where he was leading large teams to design, deliver and evaluate new products involving complex systems.  Keith is currently the Managing Partner of Project4 Learning Lab, a company that supports clients achieve outstanding performance by helping leaders to engage their teams in continuous improvement using Agile, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.  He is also a Director of Blue Lion Learning, which specialises in the delivery of continuous improvement Apprenticeships.Keith has an MBA from the Open University, is a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) and is a Leadership Fellow at the College of St George in Windsor.  In his spare time Keith enjoys spending time with his family as well as watching and playing football and golf.Hermans LinkedIN: https://www.linkedin.com/in/hermanstewart/This show was brought to you by Progressive Media Hosted on Acast.
