Aptera Motors, a California startup, is developing a solar electric car. For people who drive 65 kilometers (40 miles) a day or less, the company says it won't cost a cent. It also promises a fully charged battery can let you travel up to 1600 kilometers (100 miles). And Aptera claims its vehicle is three times more efficient than a Tesla Model S.
