The recovery in China, the world's second largest economy, is losing pace. GDP expanded 6.3% year-on-year in the second quarter, which is well below expectations. Other disappointments in China include record high youth unemployment, slowing retail sales, and faltering business confidence -- all raising expectations of further government support.
