Russia continues artillery attacks across northeast Ukraine, targeting border villages. Why Putin's invaders chose this strategy isn't clear. Meanwhile, Ukraine says its combat mission in Mariupol is over, with commanders at the massive Azovstal plant ordered to save the lives of their personnel.
