Zelensky reports "good news" from its northeast region

Ukraine says its troops have recaptured several areas near Kharkiv, and a video shows signs of a chaotic Russian retreat.  According to President Zelensky, "The occupiers are gradually being pushed away from Kharkiv." Meanwhile, a top US intelligence specialist says Vladimir Putin is preparing for prolonged war in Ukraine and that Russian failures could usher in a dangerous new phase. And President Biden has urged Congress to act fast to pass a $40 billion aid package to help shore up Ukraine's defenses and address humanitarian needs.
