Cooking and traveling with Ursula Ferrigno: Italian culinary educator, cookbook author and leader of occasional small group tours to Italy. Ursula’s decidedly British accent belies the fact that she was born and raised in Italy by her Italian father and English mother. Although her parents have passed away Ursula remains strongly tied to her Italian heritage and whenever possible travels to the Campania region where her dad was born - Minori on the Amalfi Coast, and Sicily where he worked. We chatted today about her books, her classes, travel itineraries and her deep attachment to her Calabrian and Sicilian heritage.
