Jet Lag, Tattoos, and a Magical F%cking Trip to Portugal

In this solo episode, freshly back from her epic trip to Portugal, Gabrielle spills the tea on how it all went down! First off… F%cking jet lag is the worst! Especially when your 10-month-old doesn’t sleep on the 10-hour flight over during his scheduled bed time. But despite the tough start, Gabrielle is reenergized as soon as she meets up with the 24 amazing FMLers she’s there to see. It’s a widely diverse group of women, with people coming from all over the world and ranging in age from 27 to 53, which on paper should mean that not everyone will click, right? Wrong! The whole group vibe was f%cking incredible, and everyone’s unique story was inspiring and relatable as they spent the week bonding over rainy (and hilarious) boat trips, taking over bars with 90’s playlists, and commemorating the trip with tattoos at the end (disclaimer: tattoos won’t happen every trip!). Meeting all these FMLers was more fulfilling than Gabrielle thought possible, and she can’t wait for the next one! She ends the episode with an FMLer story that reminds us to always pay attention to those relationship red flags and to practice self-love to find that healing place. Om Podcasten

If you’ve been royally f%cked over in life, this is the place for you. Host Gabrielle Stone had the rug ripped out from underneath her not once, but twice, by the paws of shitty men. But instead of landing flat on her ass, she built a career out of it. Penning her best-selling tell-all, Eat, Pray, #FML was not enough; the fans demanded more tea, and thus, this very podcast was born. FML Talk has since become a safe place for you to commiserate, heal, have a (self-love) cocktail, and laugh your ass off, as Gabrielle welcomes incredible guests to share their perspective on love, sex, heartbreak, trauma, and getting the f%ck over it all. Your weekly dose of therapy — with f-bombs and no bullsh*t advice…you won’t want to miss a session!
