...and Wrap Chat is back for a new series in 2018. We're kicking things off with Eibh Collins & Gar O'Brien. Eibh Collins is the shorts co-ordinator for The Galway Film Fleadh, she's also the Festival Manager of Indie Cork and is involved in a whole of host of other film festivals and organisations including Irish Screen America and Irish Film London. Gar recently finished his tenure as the programmer for The Fleadh and left an indelible mark on the festival, bringing some amazing films and events. They discuss all things film festival, the dos, don'ts and definitely don'ts of submitting as well as some of their most memorable festival moments.
