Joining Paul Webster is the extremely talented Gemma-Leah Devereux coming of the back of the recent release of her tour-de-force performance in Irish feature, The Bright Side directed by Ruth Meehan. @gemmaleahdevereux Gemma is an actor from Dublin who has worked extensively in TV and Film. She first came onto our screens in The Tudors where she played Lady Elizabeth Fitzgearld with Jonathan Rhys Meyers. She went on to make her film debut starring opposite Ross Noble in Stitches. Her next leading role in film was in the thriller Dartmoor Killing which won the National Film Award for Best Film. It was followed closely by dramady Get Up And Go starring with Killian Scott and Peter Coonan for which she got IFTA Nominated for Best Actress. Gemma-Leahs' recent roles for film include Amia McNamara in Broken Law alongside John Connors directed by Paddy Slattery, Ruth Shine in Citizen Lane opposite Tom Vaughan Lawler, directed by Thaddeus O'Sullivan and Roisin in Cardboard Gangsters directed by Mark O'Connor. She earned huge success recently for her break out role as Liza Minnelli in the Oscar Nominated Biopic Judy opposite Renée Zellweger about Judy Garlands life. Most recently she has become a familiar face to Irish television audiences through her role as Anna in the highly acclaimed BBC/RTE noir thriller series Smother, starring opposite Dervla Kirwin and Seána Kerslake which she just wrapped filming on Season 2. Gemma-Leah was IFTA nominated for a second time for Best Supporting Actress for her role as Anna in Smother. Other recent television work includes Hannah Duby in Dead Still with Michael Smiley, Ciara in Bump and Lydia Murphy in Striking Out with Amy Huberman. She can currently be seen starring in feature film The Bright Side, directed by Ruth Mehan which reunites her once more with Tom Vaughan Lawler. She lives between Dublin and London.
