A Couple of years ago we did a mindfulness episode where we identified a need for a mindfulness and wellbeing service on the island of Ireland. We felt that it was badly needed. In that time Minding Creative minds was founded and what an important service it is. Today we have the founder of MindingCreativeMinds.ie, Dave Reid to talk about its inception and progress.
