Dee is an experienced Writer, Performer, and Story/Script Editor with a demonstrated history of working in the entertainment industry. Skilled in Writing, Animation, Children's Television, Television Drama, Short Film, Theatre, and Event Management. Dee also teaches classes and workshops in Writing for Animation, Script Editing, and Creative Writing. Dee has just finished working with JAM Media on Jessy and Nessy, a brand new pre-school series for Amazon Studios, and is currently writing for Berry Bees, a series for 6-9 yr olds produced by Telegael/SLR Australia. Dee has also story edited on the animation Peek Zoo for RTE/Igloo Productions, Mr. Mender for Fíbín Media/RTE/TG4, Little Roy for CBBC/RTÉ/JAM, and co-written both series of Firebrand Productions IFTA award-winning Mythical Heroes. Her 10-part radio drama series for children, Mr. Wall, was nominated for a 2018 IMRO Drama Award, and she has also worked as a Script Editor on Fair City, in addition to co-ordinating its New Writers’ Programme.
