I can't think of a better person, as far as touring musicians go, to discuss eat our way through Zurich with than Jacob Bergson. When he's touring Europe with Nerve they treat Zurich as a home base, so they're spending a lot more time there than most musicians who are on the road in Europe. We'll talk about some of his favorite dishes and restaurants, finding affordable food in such an expensive city and how invalid our American intuition can be when seeking out food overseas.
