Fellow Health at Every Size dietitian Aaron Flores, RDN, shares his experience of adolescent body image woes, an early career focused on weight loss, breaking free from diet culture and making the shift to intuitive eating, and lots more. Plus, Christy shares an exciting announcement about the podcast! Aaron Flores is a registered dietitian nutritionist and the owner of Balance Variety and Moderation RDN in Calabasas, California. With nearly 10 years of experience, Aaron has worked with eating disorders in a variety of settings. A large part of his career was spent working at the Veterans Administration, where he started one of the first Binge Eating Disorder groups for Veterans.
