Adam Husler: Walking The Middle Path & Making It As A Man In Yoga

Today for our souls sake, I sit down with Adam Husler, a London based renowned yoga teacher specialising in Alignment-Based Vinyasa Yoga after his fascination with anatomy. He brings a unique perspective to yoga by drawing from his previous experience in law school, the boxing ring, the ultra marathon or the non-profit sector - creatively teaching his students to balance flexibility and strength; physicality and mentality. Adams unique approach to yoga has led him to rigorously deliver workshops and trainings in over 60 studios including one of the worlds leading gyms, Equinox, and in over 20 countries around the world. Adam is also the amazing host, alongside his beautiful wife Holly, of the podcast: "Honestly Unbalanced" which provides conversations with people that have spent their life trying to make yours better Adam shares his experiences of teaching yoga as a male teacher in what is a predominantly female dominated industry. We discuss awareness of sharing accessibly and relevantly but at the same time maintaining respect for the tradition of yoga. Adam candidly expresses his views on spirituality, 'God,' and death, his philosophical interests and leaving a legacy for students without tripping into becoming a potential fake guru. On that note, we flesh out the why teachers are required. We then shift gears and talk social media and dealing with "haters," Adam goes on to share about his relationship with money and yoga's relationship with money.   Want to connect further?Instagram: www.instagram.com/radhika_dasa/Facebook: www.facebook.com/radhikadasmusicYouTube: www.youtube.com/c/RadhikaDasWebsite: www.radhikadas.comPatreon: www.patreon.com/radhikadasLinktree: linktr.ee/radhika_dasa
