132. Social Media : Mental Health, Less Screen Time, Comparing Ourselves, and Creating Unique Content
This week, I decided to take a short social media break to focus on my mental health and on healing my emotions and get back on track. Social media is not an easy thing to let go of, even temporarily. But sometimes, we allow ourselves to become too consumed in content we see and make mindlessly scrolling a part of our routines.
