Episode 21: The African Queen

A love story on an unnavigable African river rife with crocodiles, bugs, leeches, and WWI Germans. Two great stars and an intrepid director teamed up for this one and ACTUALLY filmed in the jungle. The African Queen (1951), starring Humphrey Bogart and Katherine Hepburn, continues our month of Bogie movies with this romantic tale of survival.
