After making a mess of explaining how to perform CPR last week, Vassos and Louise speak to Alistair Steel, a doctor with the Magpas Air Ambulance and parkrun enthusiast. Alistair talks us through how to deal with a patient requiring CPR and tells us about his own journey to parkrun. Louise gets a lesson in pronunciation and Vassos is rather proud of his top tip.
